What a license check cannot tell you
- A license says a company may legally arrange your shipment. It does not say they are good at it.
- Authority can lapse between our checks, so look the USDOT number up yourself before you pay.
- Most complaints in this industry are about pickup delays, price changes after booking and damage claims — none of which show up in a registration record.
