Our own page-view log records which pages were viewed, the page a visit started on, the site or campaign link that sent it, the approximate location your network reports, and the kind of device and browser. It stores your IP address only as a one-way hash, never in full, and it holds no name, email address or phone number: those reach us only when you type them into a form, and they stay with that request. Rows in this log are deleted after 30 days.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing is recorded in that log until you accept analytics cookies. Everywhere else it records until you opt out, which you can do at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

4. What we publish
Reviews appear with your first name and last initial. We never publish your contact details, verification documents or evidence you submit with a report.

6. State privacy rights

We won't discriminate against you for using these rights.

7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and dispute-resolution needs. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
