Each category is scored from 1 to 10, then combined using these weights. The same weights (methodology version 1.0) apply to every company, and any future change will be published as a new version.

When data is limited

A company with too few verified reviews or incomplete records may show a limited-data label instead of a full Score, so a small sample never looks more certain than it is.

    No. Scores and rankings are calculated the same way for every company. Advertising never changes them, and any sponsored placement is clearly labeled.
