What makes a car shipping review verified?
A verified review is tied to a real shipment, such as a booking made through Haulwide or documentation showing the customer used the company.
Verified review methodologyDo you remove negative reviews if a company asks?
No. We only remove reviews that break our standards, whether they're positive or negative. Companies can reply publicly instead.
Editorial policy
Will my full name be published?
No. Reviewers appear by first name and last initial. Contact details and documents used for verification are never published.
What if I think a company scammed me?
