Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Haulwide LLC ("Haulwide", "we", "us"). They apply to the Haulwide website, tools, emails and any related services (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the other policies linked here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to request quotes, book a shipment, create an account or post content.

Haulwide is an information and comparison platform. We publish price estimates, market data, company profiles, Scores, rankings, reviews and guides, and we help you connect with independent auto transport brokers and carriers ("Providers").

• Estimates are calculated from market data for planning only. They are not offers and don't bind Haulwide or any Provider.
• A quote is a Provider's offer for your specific shipment and may depend on details you give, such as the vehicle, its condition and your dates.
• Your final price is set by your booking confirmation with the Provider. It can change if the information you gave was inaccurate, for example if the vehicle doesn't run or is modified or oversized.

When you book a shipment, your transport contract is with the Provider. The Provider's terms and our Shipping Terms describe pickup, delivery, payment, cancellation and claims. We don't guarantee any Provider's performance, but we verify licensing information, publish complaint history and take reports seriously.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your information accurate.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as reviews and company reports. You give Haulwide a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt and distribute it in connection with the Services. You're responsible for making sure your content is truthful and that you have the right to share it.

We moderate content under our published standards and may edit, decline or remove content that breaks them. Evidence you submit for verification is used only for moderation and is never published.

Scores and rankings follow our published methodology and can't be bought. We may earn money from Providers and partners, which is explained in our Advertising Disclosure. Scores, rankings and reviews are opinions based on the data available to us and are not guarantees of any company's future service.

The Services, including text, data, design, logos and software, belong to Haulwide or its licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial research. Copying, scraping or reselling our data requires written permission or an API agreement.

• Submitting false quote requests, reviews or reports
• Impersonating another person or company
• Scraping, crawling or copying data at scale without permission
• Interfering with the Services, their security or other users
• Using the Services for anything unlawful

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Market data, estimates and company information may be incomplete or out of date. To the extent the law allows, Haulwide disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, Haulwide isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of Providers, including loss of or damage to vehicles in transit, which are handled under the Provider's contract and insurance. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to Haulwide for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

You agree to defend and indemnify Haulwide against claims arising from content you submit, your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

If you have a concern, contact us first and we'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. We may suspend or end access to the Services for anyone who breaks these Terms.
