1. Content you may not post
- False, misleading or fabricated reviews, reports or quote requests
- Reviews written by, for or about a business you work for or compete with
- Reviews or reports offered payment, discounts or other incentives
- Personal information about customers, drivers or staff, such as phone numbers or addresses
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or sexually explicit material
- Spam, advertising or links unrelated to the shipment
- Content that infringes someone else's rights
2. Activity that isn't allowed
- Scraping, crawling or bulk copying outside an API agreement
- Probing, scanning or testing security without written permission
- Overloading the Services or bypassing rate limits
- Impersonating another person, company or Haulwide
- Using the Services for fraud or other illegal activity
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or API keys, or report illegal activity to authorities. We apply our standards consistently, whether content is positive or negative about a company.
