What we don't publish

  • Reviews that can't be tied to a shipment
  • Reviews written by the company, competitors or people with a conflict of interest
  • Paid or incentivized reviews
  • Personal information about customers, drivers or staff
  • Abusive language, spam or off-topic content

Writing a helpful review

Specific details help the next person choose.

  • Say what was promised and what actually happened
  • Mention how pickup and delivery timing compared with what you were told
  • Say whether the final price matched your quote
  • Describe the car's condition at delivery
  • Leave out names, phone numbers, addresses and booking numbers

    A verified review is tied to a real shipment, such as a booking made through Haulwide or documentation showing the customer used the company.

    No. Companies can't pay to add, remove or reorder reviews, and paid or incentivized reviews are removed.

    No. We only remove reviews that break our standards, whether they're positive or negative. Companies can reply publicly instead.

  • Do reviews affect the Haulwide Score?

    Yes. Verified customer reviews are one of the five categories in the Score. Unverified reviews don't count.

  • Will my full name be published?

    No. Reviewers appear by first name and last initial. Contact details and documents used for verification are never published.

  • What if I think a company scammed me?

    A review isn't the right place for suspected fraud. Report it to Scam Watch and file a complaint with the FMCSA and FTC.
